Helen has over 30 years experience in public, private and charitable sectors. She has run a counselling charity, trained counsellors and built a successful private practice in Birmingham working with couples and individuals drawn from a range of ethnic groups, social classes and ages and for various EEPs. 2009 she moved to Devon where she has built a similar practice.

Over many years Helen has coached and mentored individuals and groups and has formalised that experience by gaining a Diploma in Life, Business and Executive Coaching involving 402 hours of theory and training.

Steve Pollard

- a Life, Businesss & Executive Coach, & a Counsellor

Steve served as an officer in the Royal Navy before qualifying as a Solicitor. He had experience of law in Local Government before moving into private practice as a litigator. From general litigation he developed a Medical Negligence and High Court practice as well as being Staff and Development Partner, building a sole practice into a successful two office firm.

He helped establish a counselling charity becoming a counsellor and trainer of counsellors. Throughout the years he has been involved in coaching, mentoring, discipling, leadership and facilitative organising and formalised that experience by gaining a Diploma in Life, Business and Executive Coaching involving 402 hours of theory and training.

Steve's Qualifications include LLB[Hons]; Solicitor, not practising; Diploma in Life, Business & Executive Coaching; Member of the Life and Business Coaches Association of Ireland; Member of the Lawyers Christian Fellowship.
